BioDenise Worrell has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is a trained teacher and school administrator. She started her work as a counselor many years ago after completing the Christian Life and Witness course. Over the years, she has counselled numerous people from all walks of life. She is an herbalist, Health Coach and entrepreneur and brings these skills into her practice. In addition, she is a trained facilitator of Prepare/Enrich, a widely used international tool, which assists in pre-marital counselling as well as enriching marriages!
Along with her husband, she has led marriage and family Bible studies, and she has been associated with the Billy Graham Association since its inception in The Bahamas. She stays current in her counselling practice by attending workshops and conferences.
BioPaul Worrell brings a unique perspective to the Christian Counselling Centre as a retired professional/businessman with an MBA from the University of Reading. He is a trained facilitator of Prepare/Enrich, a widely used international tool for pre-marital and marriage counseling. Additionally, he is an Elder/Pastor of Calvary Bible Church and serves in various ministries, including Marriage and Family.
Pastor Worrell has a great sense of humor and brings truths to clients in a way that puts them at ease. He is a dedicated husband and father and takes delight in sharing life lessons he has learned from his own journey. Together with his wife, he has served in ministries, conducted Bible studies, owned businesses and raised adult children.
BioHelen Arnett graduated with her M.A. in Counselling from Liberty University and has pursued additional education on the topics of intimate relationships, drug abuse, and AIDS education. Her work has been featured on grief.com and she continues to engage in various learning opportunities.
Mrs. Arnett’s counselling approach is eclectic. She employs the underlying principles of therapy – active listening, relationship, communication, collaboration, and Freud’s notion of free association are in her repertoire of skills. Overall, she believes that each individual is responsible for their choices. A quote she frequently uses is: “I have set before you life and death… choose life.”

BioWhen the Christian Counselling Centre opened in 1986, Pastor Frederick Arnett, J.P. was appointed Executive Director. He is also the chairman/trainer for the Bahamas Billy Graham Ministries (TV, telephone and radio). In addition, he is an Associate Pastor at Calvary Bible Church.
Pastor Arnett is a graduate of the Bahamas Baptist Institute and holds numerous certificates in biblical studies and counselling. Pastor Arnett participates annually in international conferences that address relevant issues pertaining to marriage and family, which keeps his counselling practice on the cutting edge. He is a graduate of PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills) international and currently serves as their representative for The Bahamas.
Finally, Pastor Arnett is a facilitator for Prepare/Enrich – a pre-marital and marital enrichment program that is used worldwide.
